During his time in \u003cbr\u003epower, Saloninus administered the German marches out of Cologne. He commanded a \u003cbr\u003egarrison in Cologne where he was besieged after his father's capture. \u003cbr\u003eNevertheless, Saloninus soon became embroiled in a dispute with future Caesar of \u003cbr\u003ethe Gallic Empire Postumus over war spoils.
