center hole is surrounded with the bilingual (Dutch and French) inscription.
Date below between two 5-pointed stars.



Engraver: Alphonse Michaux

Reverse: The face value to the right is accompanied with an olive branch to the
left, on which is superimposed the coat of arms of Belgium.
