The TIBET Y# 3.3 1919 RUPEE refers to a
Szechuan-Tibet trade silver coin issued in 1919 from the Kangding Mint,
recognizable by its large portrait of a Chinese emperor and countermark .
This type of coin was used as a trade issue between Szechuan and Tibet
Obverse: Bust of Guangxu facing left wearing
cap and floral garmet.
Reverse: Four Chinese ideograms read top to bottom, right to left with flower in
the centre, all surrounded by floral wreath.
