Bavarian Bank Merger Medallion 1971

 

Obverse: “Bayerische Vereinsbank Vereinigt mit Bayerische Staatsbank ag - 1971 - 1471 AD 1528” (Bavarian Association Bank United with Bavarian State Bank AG - 1971 - 1471 AD 1528) Dürer crest in Archway.

Reverse “ALT NURNBERG”. Nuremberg castle wall from southwest.

Edition was in April 1971 under the opening of the manufacturer's courtyard.

This was established on the occasion of the Dürer - 1971 in the kennel of Frauentors and consists of sales and crafts booths, and food court. Albrecht Dürer is a famous German painter, born in Nuremberg on 21 May 1471, died in Nuremberg on 06 April 1528. 34mm, Bronze.
