15) is a 19th-century British silver token issued during a severe shortage of
regal coinage. Featuring "C. Stovin & H. Chapman" with a fleece and "Payable in
Cash" on the reverse, these pieces were used locally to facilitate trade.
Obverse: "LOUTH SHILLING TOKEN 1811" surrounding central text.
Reverse: A fleece (wool pack) and the inscription "PAYABLE IN CASH".
