Obverse: Bust of Gustav III, King of Sweden
facing right. Legend around rim.
Lettering: GUSTAVUS III · D · G · REX SVECIAE·
Translation: Gustav III King of Sweden by the Grace of God
Reverse: Crowned lined orb with the Three Crowns of Sweden within the Chain of
the Order of Seraphims. The Chain pendant divides date and mintmark below, while
value is at both sides of the orb (in both Riksdaler and Daler S.M. format).
Above the crown is the King's motto.
