Aluminium- Bronze 1922 50 Centavos
Provisional coinage of 1915-1923 was made in
order to facilitate conversion from the Real system to the decimal system,
because up to that point Real and Peso were both legal tender, but the Real was
being phased out.

Obverse: Flower at center. With legend at
top and date at bottom.
Reverse: Value with letter at top, and in number at center. With metal at
bottom.
